This WTTC report is a set of guidelines which provide a high-level framework for promoting inclusive work environments in the Travel & Tourism sector. These guidelines are structured around four key pillars: Developing a Supportive System, Creating Safe Spaces, Supporting an Agile System, and Exemplifying Inclusion and Diversity.

Key recommendations include implementing organisational diversity strategies, fostering safe and discrimination-free workplaces, ensuring agile systems to adapt over time, and aligning internal and external commitments to diversity.

The guidelines emphasise the importance of transparency, clear policies and active engagement with all stakeholders. By following these principles, organisations can enhance their profitability, creativity, innovation and employee satisfaction while ensuring everyone feels respected and valued.
