WTTC’s Mental Health Guidelines emphasise the importance of integrating mental health support within organisational policies.
The guidelines are structured around four pillars: Developing a Supportive System, Creating Safe Spaces, Supporting an Agile System and Exemplifying Support for Good Mental Health.
Key recommendations include establishing clear mental health policies, providing access to professional support, offering training on mental health awareness, fostering a discrimination-free environment and promoting work-life balance.
The guidelines also advocate for regular check-ins, flexibility in work arrangements, and collaboration with other businesses and health experts to improve mental health initiatives.
